
Do you feel your carrying the world on your shoulders ? perhaps things seem to feel a little harder, or situations seems to be a struggle for us to manage , perhaps feeling if changes are needed or taking on more than we can chew?. Things can then feel overwhelming , we can also loose sense of our threshold, our boundaries with our self and others, allowing things to be placed in your lap when you have already got enough on your plate.
Sometimes we then need to take a step back just to feel back in our own energy again, back in control. Knowing and seeing what we are happy with and to look at the area's we are not or have gone off balance , by looking around us in what ever the situation is, in the home environment, work, relationships, roles you play if involved with groups or even voluntary work will still need a sense of healthy balance to then enjoy what is asked of you.
Delegate! look at the areas that are not quite right for you, where you are being asked too much of , whether it's to help ourselves or others it needs to be shared and supported. It can be very difficult to change how we behave and start to ask for help or assistance, this may be easier said than done, but starting to ask on a more general level, in small steps reaching out to those around you to help on any level will build confidence to reach out and feel comfortable in sharing the load.
I know it is all too easy to be on our own mission, taking everything on board ourselves even going as far as closing off our energy as the long term effect can be where we start to close down from the help from others , which then leads to problems in receiving, if all we are doing is giving, we therefore need to balance the joys of giving but also healthily receiving .
Take care in all you do, and start today just sharing and being open if and when help is offered.
